when it fucking rains...

seriously. i can't win.

i just heard about all this, and i mean, i guess i'm flattered that "they support me."

but jesus christ, hacking victory's website? I ALREADY COMPLIED. i am not trying to hurt anyone. fuck, farewell to freeway is my favorite new band. i haven't been so into a band like that in so long. now this?

i don't need anymore crazy shit happening to me.
goddamn it, i almost wish i never put up those songs, or better yet, started this damn road trip.

what the hell else could possibly happen to me?

Kerouac must be laughing his ass off in his wandering grave, and if i knew where it was, i'd spit on it for getting hyped about traveling.

ok well no, but seriously. i don't even know what to say.
i just love music, i am not a hacker, and i do not know any hackers.

wow. i need a drink.

You are a pussy.

Canadian bands suck too.

Go North and keep going.

I read your whole blog tonight. I don't think you're a bad guy. Posting music is a moral grey area. Aside from the victory stuff, your trip was cool to read about.

So, I just got my victory records newsletter.

In case you were wondering, most everyone that's sending you hate mail for victory is probably just jealous that your little blog pissed off a member of a band they like enough that he had a t-shirt made about you. I personally think it's the funniest thing I've ever seen. What the hell, are they in high school or something?

Victory also posted this "news" article in the letter. It's also funny, whiny and high school-esque.

Keep blogging. Victory should be happy they have some drama to draw attention to their growing-shittier-by-the-day record label and their bitchy bands.

dude, you are a true fan for trying to spread something you're stoked on. there's no harm in that.. but as an artist myself, i would be very disappointed if my hard work and soul were taken away from me in a sense. bands put a ton of money and planning into albums (at least some of them haha). I still purchase albums primarily at shows, to show support and always recommend that as the best way to help a band you like. Ask any band and they will agree. Props on posting the links as well. u can always right a wrong..

If I were you, I'd sue Victory's asses for putting your name in their newsletter like that!!!!!!!!! That is considered defamation of character- especially if they LIED about what went on! Go for it, I bet you'll get a lot of $! I'd be pissed if I were you!

Don't worry about it dude. Victory is a shitty unethical label. They treat the bands like shit and drop any decent band that they get (All Out War to name one). So who cares. Fuck em.
